Ronald J. Smith opened Ron Smith Homes in May 2006 with the vision of offering Rhode Islanders an array of “personalized” real estate services. A native of South Kingstown and Narragansett, RI, Ron has more than 25 years of experience in real estate. Ron prides himself on his quality construction and attention to detail in home building and neighborhood creation. In his brokerage business, he takes care to understand each of the customers and clients needs thru his very competent sales force. Since starting Ron Smith Homes, he has been responsible for growing his firm in a difficult market and increasing his sales and new home construction in each quarter from its inception. His focus has been of delivering a great product at a very fair price, whether designing, building or selling. One facet of this business which has been growing quickly is the design/build area, which Ron has overseen the design and construction of many custom homes. Prior to forming his own company, Ron was the Vice President of residential housing for Picerne Real Estate Group for 15 years, responsible for land acquisition, development, construction, product development, marketing and sales for the Warwick, RI-based home building company. Prior to joining Picerne in 1991, Ron was a sales associate for Trammel Crow Residential in Florida for 6 years. In November 2007, Ron was nominated and appointed as a local director of the Rhode Island Builders Association, which he has been a member of since 1991. Ron is also a member of the Kent/Washington Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Rhode Island Builders Association, National Association of Home Builders and Chairman of South Kingstown’s Waterfront Advisory Commission. He lives in South Kingstown with his wife and son, and enjoys boating, offshore fishing and traveling to warm locations. |

His previous experience has included many years in the municipal construction industry in Rhode Island and Southeastern MA., home improvement sales/marketing management and a sales representative in the insurance industry. Paul is well versed in all real estate matters, including town and school issues, throughout all Southern Rhode Island. Kristen Lenzner-Holloway has lived in South County since she was 6 years old. Kristen started as a full time Realtor for Ron Smith Homes in the winter of 2010. Kristen has a strong sense for aesthetics and design. This often benefits her clients when staging open houses or showings. She takes pride in helping her clients make well informed decisions. For this reason, Kristen is constantly educating herself about matters of real estate. Kristen specializes in the southern Rhode Island shoreline communities. Kristen has been involved in her family's construction business for many years. She is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to building and structure, which makes her a great advocate for her clients! She has a very innovative fresh approach to marketing and is willing to try new strategies. Being a realtor is her lifelong dream and she is living it. Mariann joined Ron Smith Homes in August 2007 as Office Manager. She is responsible for all office functions including accounting and bookkeeping, customer service, marketing and advertising as well as overseeing all day to day office activities. Mariann is very detail oriented and her organizational skills have greatly contributed to Ron Smith Homes in its growing construction and brokerage sale operation.
